Preparation and Usage: Mix 1/2 teaspoon in 200 ml warm water. Let it sit overnight. Stir well and drink it next morning after breakfast. Increase dose to 1 teaspoon after 3 weeks. Use daily for at least 3 months. Each bottle gives 2-3 weeks of usage.
