1.What is your Refund Policy?
We have a 30 day refund policy. We will return your money without any questions or hassles, although we appreciate your feedback in order to better our service. Simply return the products(Both Opened and Unopened) within 30 days from the date on the invoice.

2.Am I guaranteed to see results in 30-days?
Eventhough thousands of our previous customers saw results within 30 days we DO NOT want to mislead anyone that everyone is guaranteed to see results in 30 days. The reason is, herbs act differently on different skins, and depends on several factors like skin metabolism, Skin reception to herbs, texture, how well the product is used etc. Therefore the time herbs take to show results varies from person to person. As long as you use it with discipline we guarantee that you will see great results if not in 30 days but surely in two months. The 30 days time is more of an opportunity for you to ask for refund for whatever the reason may be.

3.Are there any charges for returns?
Yes. Less than 1% of our customers return the product--the reason in almost every case is lack of discipline on their part. We have repeatedly stated that our products are Ayurveda herbal treatments that need dedication in usage, and that they are NOT convenient creams or lotions. Our products are made of rare, expensive medicinal herbs and essential oils, and are manufactured in very limited quantities. The treatment is similar to what you see in nature cure and holistic medicine centers except that you are doing it in the comfort and privacy of your home and for far less expense. Due to the nature of our products, once the herbal pack or gel is opened, it has to be used; else, it's a waste. That's why we request everyone to use the product for at least 3 weeks with dedication. You may not always see complete results within 30 days, but we promise that 30 days of usage will give you more than your money's worth. Therefore, we feel it is fair that we charge a small amount of $3.99 for each item used and for giving everyone an opportunity to try our product. After all, we invest money, material and time in bringing this product to you.

4. How often do I have to use your Strechmarks, Dark Circles, or Wrinkles Product?
All three products can be used daily if you have time. But using at least 3-4 times a week on alternate days gives the herbs enough time to work on the skin.

5. Is the Stretch Marks product effective on Red, Pink, White, or Silvery Strech-Marks also?
 Yes. This product was found to be effective on all kinds of marks regardless of the color.

6. Is it effective on African Americans also?
 Yes. It works on all kinds of skins. The most important factor is how receptive each skin is to herbs. Thats the reason why it takes longer for some people to see results than others.

7. How recent should the Strechmarks or Dark Circles be for the product to be effective? Does it work on old marks also?
 Yes. It doesnt matter how old the Marks are. Same goes for Dark Circles also.

8. Are the results permanent? or do I have to use the products forever?
You do not have to use the product once the results are achieved. The products help in treating the existing problem. Once the results are achieved, they are permanent. That does not exclude the possibility of getting new Stretch Marks or Dark Circles in future for whatever reason. The product is for existing problems only.

9. Are there any side effects in using your products?
No. Our products are 100% natural and are completely safe. On extremely sensitive skins,minor rash, itch, or redness is possible but that is very rare. Beyond that, we never had anyone complain about any other reaction.
